    Bible for shift workers

    As a youth support worker constantly shifting between day and night shifts this book has been life changing for me.


    It gave me language for what I was experiencing, along with practical tools to manage the exhaustion, stress and emotional load that comes with this kind of work. The way it breaks down diet, sleep, mental health and burnout prevention is incredibly relatable and easy to implement. I’ve found myself making small changes that have had a huge impact on my career. Strongly recommend!
